Carbonation - Flat Drinks
SOLUTION
CO2 cylinder valve closed?
Open the CO2 cylinder valve
CO2 cylinder empty?
Change the CO2 cylinder
CO2 pressure low?
Clean or clear refrigeration grills/switch the unit ‘ON’
Carbonation - Excessive Foaming
SOLUTION
Dirty Nozzle/Diffuser
Clean the dispenser nozzle/diffuser
Clean or clear refrigeration grills
Taste - Too Weak/Strong
SOLUTION
CO2 pressure too low?
– If so change the CO2 cylinder
If problem persists dispense valve may be out of adjustment

Taste - Off Taste
SOLUTION
Dirty nozzle
Clean the dispenser nozzle/diffuser
Wrong flavour connected to syrup line
Connect syrup line to correct flavour and open valve until rectified
Out of date product
Change box

Flavour Strength - No Syrup
SOLUTION
Empty Bag-In-Box
Replace empty Bag-In-Box with a fresh Bag-In-Box of the same flavour
Line obstruction
Free lines of any restriction
Faulty change-over valve (where fitted)
Manually switch change-over valve to full Bag-In-Box
CO2 cylinder valve
Open the CO2 cylinder valve
CO2 cylinder empty
Change the CO2 cylinder
Faulty syrup pump

Flavour Strength - No Carbonated Water
SOLUTION
Water off
Open mains water stop cock
CO2 cylinder valve closed
Open the CO2 cylinder valve
Carbonator tripped
Follow reset instruction located on the cooler or carbonator
Flavour Strength - Too Weak/Strong
SOLUTION
Syrup to water ratio incorrect

Temperature
SOLUTION
Refrigeration unit not working
Check main power supply, switch ‘ON’ power to the refrigeration unit
Insufficient airflow through condenser (dirty grill)
Clean cooler/condenser grill
Grill obstruction
Remove any objects blocking air into or out of the refrigeration unit
FAQs
Drinks are warm
Is machine plugged in and switched on?
Is plug fuse blown? Replace with same ampage fuse.
Check water level in the cooler.
Check for an ice bank in the cooler.
Drinks are flat
Is CO2 cylinder full?
Check regulator gauge. It should read between 40 psi & 80 psi. Change cylinder just before the needle reaches red zone.
Is CO2 cylinder switched on?
Syrup only dispensing
Is carbonator united switched on?
Is plug fuse blown? Replace with same amperage.
Is water turned on?
Is CO2 turned on?
If carbonator fitted with reset switch, press (once only)
If you do need to reset your system you will also need to draw soda from your dispense point to ensure a good carbonated flow. Please note that dependent on your line lengths this may take up to 2 ice buckets.
Water only dispensing
Is there syrup in the syrup container?
Is CO2 switched on? Check gauge?
Are containers fitted properly?
Is there a kinked syrup line from container?
Nothing being dispensed
Check the above – Syrup only and water only dispensing.
